Hey everyone, but me and my brother have noticed every game that we have that is full of models or a game that has a lot of bricks or has been made for fun,has this weird glowing thing in the middle of the baseplate. It's creepy and weird, and sometimes create sparkling effects like the ones forcefields make.
Please help! I hate it! |

Why isn't anyone listening? |

Wait dude? Posts get bumped off in like 5 seconds....
If you actually used the forums and were a forumer instead of a stupid poor grammar troll, you would understand that. |

look inside the base plate and look for something called point light |

@Trin, you have no "grammar" so shut up.... |
This can be caused by ForceFields placed elsewhere in Workspace; I have noticed the issue when working with ForceFields in Edit mode. I need to re-parent the parent of the Forcefield (such as grouping it) for the Forcefield to position itself at the parent's position, rather than at point Vector3.new(0,0,0) (Usually in the middle of the baseplate).
Check if you have any Forcefields in the place. |
Snooze,it is INSIDE my baseplate,NOT in the sky. I don't have brain problems... |
to bot: he's not saying it's in the sky... position (0, 0, 0) is the center of the base plate
I'm not helping any further if you continue to be bossy |
Its the sun... are you new? |

It might not be the sun. What color is the light inside the base plate? does it go across the base plate or stay in one place? |
Stay in the middle of the baseplate,it's usually blue or red but sometimes other colors.
Also,@ the players who think I'm an idiot,I really hate the way people pointlessly target people who want to create good games and post stupidness that doesn't help at all just to bully, troll and annoy people and see them rage. Well, for the people who think I'll rage, you're coming to the wrong person. |
probably from a free model |
Hint: Create your own things, and DO NOT use free mods! |
Do you think it could be a force field AND a point light? |
I had this happen,in the Workspace and if there is a pointlight and sparkels delete them. |
Probably a simple virus that adds a point light to the part named baseplate. P.S be nicer to people and we are more likely to help. |
It's not on my baseplate.
Six. |

@The dude that says don't use free models.
It was a private place for friends only that I just spam free models in to mess about with and test.
If you were not so ignorant and actually bothered to check my places, then you would actually be able to see the point I'm trying to make by playing some of my non free-modeled games. |

Ok. Sorry, I'm not sure what would be causing it then
