Can't join games, ongoing problem

For over a week now, I haven't been able to join games. I go to a game where it's loading bricks & connectors & instances. It only loads 2460 instances and stops. Please help, I've tried EVERYRHING.

You've tried re-installing? Also, have you contacted ROBLOX? [email protected] is the email. Also if you have and it's still not working, it could be an internet issue. How's your internet been lately? Performance wise? Also it may be a company problem. (The service your with)

DO NOT REINSTALL! I CANT STRESS THAT ENOUGH! if you reinstall, you'll get stuck in a download loop that the developers are neglecting. You wont be able to load the launcher, you wont be able to get a "joining the game" message, you wont get a "roblox is updating please wait" message, etc. If you reinstall, you've just doomed your life.
