Bloxia Wrestling Association is just starting up and we are needing people who are good leaders, skilled, mature and kind to take up these roles and become a captain of their own team. We believe that you would be a good fit for this role.
The role of captain is a bit of responsibility. As a captain in BWA you will be required to hold practices for your team, recruit wrestlers, inspire your team, keep your wrestlers positive and happy and you will also be asked to help with the decision and rule making of the group. But no worries, we will be giving a training class for all of the captains and the captains of all of the teams will meet up often to discuss tactics on how to better organize their teams ( not moves or any other team secrets, just ways to keep everyone's teams running smoothly ).
