i think obstacles actually help, i used obstacle courses and it improved me, helped as a warm up definitely.

Basic agility exercises are fine, but dedicating an hour to a simple obstacle is absurd. If you're going to have anything like that, make pole jumps and towers and ledge strafes.

@Matthew This has actually been updated already, but definitely needs to be updated again. There's some things I should have elaborated on, and some things I need to add in as well. I don't think I'll ever get around to it, but if you want to take this and rewrite it, I don't even want credit. It's just a draft.
