Paste isn't working in roblox studio

When I try to copy and paste objects in studio, it allows me to copy, and it allows me to cut objects, however it won't let me paste them. I've been inspired to build again for the first time in a long time and now this faux pa is turning me back off to roblox. It's not a problem with my computer, copy and paste works in every other program, it's just roblox that isn't working. Someone please tell me that there's a fix to this, thanks.

Ctrl+C = Copy Ctrl+V = Paste i use those combinations all the time man

OK, but maybe you didn't read my original post. CTRL+C and CTRL+V don't work altogether. When I right click an object, it allows me to copy or cut an object, but won't allow me to select to paste once I've copied or cut said object. It's not that I'm dumb and don't know how to use shortcuts, its that there's a legitimate problem that needs fixing.

hmmmmm I'm not sure what's causing this but it's probably not a ROBLOX problem

Well, once, again, it only happens with roblox studio. Copy and paste works on other programs for me. I just wish someone with technical experience would reply to this thread.

restarted studio and the gui i was trying to copy and paste was deleted... lolz but now I am able to copy and paste. That text label must of been glitched.... weird

If you are using a mac, use: ⌘ + C to copy ⌘ + v to paste If you are using Windows, use: Control + C to copy Control + V to paste Those are the buttons to use Copy and Paste.
