if they only send VAC to defend servers, they'll always have a decent numerical factor for defense and, since RAT has no filter group, will usually hold an advantage in offensive operations this way, they basically can't lose. (this is not an endorsement of Vaktovian tactics, which I find deplorable; it's an explanation)

actually, correcting myself - it's a strategy but for people on the high horse of "we're the best group" it's kind of funny you have to use a strategy so low to the dirt you say you're fighting

Nhelp is wrong. We are just increasing our morale by not losing any servers and winning a ton. It increases our national pride. And in order to win raids and not lose servers, tactics are involved.
