Recently, almost every appeal has been getting declined by the appealer "erik" no matter what, even if it wasn't a rightful ban. MANY users have had this happen to them with erik, erik is almost the only person who operates appeals, I expect him to either be retrained for appealing or have new appealers to help erik, he may just have to rush through appeals and just decline them due to lack of help and number of appeals. Please take action and improve appeal system. It will help many users dearly. Please make a exception/remove the 21 day rule as proof is still obvious in many random deletions or false deletions. I would truthfully do anything to get my older accounts back which were declined by erik many times. I know many people who got declined while having complete proof that they did not do anything and had to send many appeals until something was done. Please make a exception to the 1 appeal only rule and the 21 day rule. Since all info is stored in text files and logs and forum posts and moderation history, the 21 day rule may not be needed. It may be needed in real life but is not needed on a computer game. |

We all want action. This is not a personal attack on erik, but he needs to stop declining people without exceptions.

I think that deletion is a too harsh punishment... You need more options to replace deletion and make deletion a last resort, ex. 30 day ban
or 1 YEAR ban
I would rather have a 1 year ban then a deletion. |

Although my only experience was resolving a 1 day ban 6 hours earlier than it would have ended, as a system test.
It seems to only work well with short bans or when you can easily prove that the interpretation of your statement wasn't the intended meaning.

this happened so many times and on this acc(luckily not ban)
i think we need to take our banning system more seriously
like i got recorded in game with a "gross hack" when this dude was saying "*****/Serv" and other peoples names
it showed him saying the command and him giving people pen**** and boo** so whyd i get banned? and how come no one else but me?

Don't want a deletion? Guess what? Don't get banned. I've been banned, a few times, due to issues with the forum filters. My appeals, concerning these bans, were accepted after around two days. I've never had any issues with them, and if anything it appears to be a problem with how people approach them with hostility, or with a justified ban that they want lifted due to their own actions.
No, the 21 day rule (or whatever it is) should _NOT_ be lifted. ROBLOX rules have changed over the years, and employees from and go. By removing that limit, you would have a literal tonne of people appeal for their account and those who would appeal once, then appeal when the rules have changed so as to get unbanned, etc. It is there to prevent them being flooded with requests, and to also stop people from dodging their bans, after a while. |
