Egg of Friendship Badge and Hat Problem

I've collected the Egg of Friendship several times and it shows up in my inventory, but I am not awarded the hat nor the badge. Additionally, when I first picked it up, no GUI appeared displaying the egg name. This is preventing players from moving on from CS1.

This happened with the Egg of Space and the Bellegg in CS2 (Roblox Easter Egg Hunt 2014). I am very disapointed in the roblox administrators for not fixing this glitch on the most important holiday on roblox. This years egg hunt has been ruined. If there is a way to stop this glitch message how too on each account on this thread.

I've touched the egg of verticality about 12 times now and it refuses to give it to me. Its in my in-game inventory, but I haven't received the badge or the hat.
