obviously your having this problem is because 1. roblox cant shut there mouths up and stop updating 2. either we've all had this spawning in the EH2014 as a guest in CS1 3. EH2014 needs to shut up and stop closing down and open

If you check in your account settings, is your age over 13? If yes, your supposed to have the chat bar. If no, the privacy mode will be On, you will only be able to safe chat(talk with roblox commands). Do you have tryed joining a game that dosen't use the chat bar? I mean, not the basic one at the bottom of your screen but chat gui that people made for their game.
