It shows a summary of what you think of the game, and whether you liked it or not. This would be a lot more useful than comments since they are full of spam and advertising. With this method, the creator can actually get feedback quick and easily.

Support, the comment system is outdated. We cannot have one advanced system for developers, become out-staged by older, bolder concepts. An implementation of an "Write a Review" tab would easily attract more attention, and possibly could be reviewed by moderators to prevent spam. Then again, it's a suggestion, and ROBLOX Will probably go about doing what it wants, such as not having moderators online during the night, but that how they roll. Liberals.
