How to reinstall Roblox...?

I keep getting an error message that basically says I can't start Roblox Player and Studio. I looked through all the files on Roblox that I have and I guess it just kind of corrupted. Anyway, I wanted to try re-downloading and re-installing Roblox. I looked at the Support page (https://roblox(dot)zendesk.com/entries/221999-how-do-i-re-install-the-roblox-software) and tried to just install it. I can download and save it, but can't seem to run it. :P I'm also using Windows 8 and don't really know how to fix the installation thing. Any help?

I knew someone would say that. I can't get Windows 7 right now, ok? Any other ideas?
