Let's make ROBLOX's social network side a little more exciting by adding something that most other social networks have: Verified badges! Basically, any well-known/successful user is verified manually by a ROBLOX admin. Next to the user's name (in-game, on forums, on profile) there would be a little verified check mark symbol. It would be a pretty neat feature if it were controlled properly. What do you think?

People would go to extremes to get noticed (bot forums, spam, make misleading games, scam people, annoy people, annoy the staff etc.) and it would be some kind of 'super omega reputation mark' that tons of oders would strive to get

@Tccool Isn't that happening already? The verified symbol would only help ROBLOXian players to find the best people and content. Spam wouldn't increase at all, apart from the random "ROBLOX VERIFY ME" forum posts that get deleted in a second.

on social networking sites, verified means they are famous and they try to seperate fakes from reals. That doesn't happen much on ROBLOX, and when it does, it's an obvious desperate cry for attention. Verified symbols wouldn't help or improve ROBLOX in any way.

It would improve the social-networking side of ROBLOX, by helping people find the best users, games and other content.

@racer I'm talking about a different type of verification, not email verification.
