Studio glitch - shifting parts

I seem to be having a serious issue with Studio - whenever I have good progress on something, I find that some parts have shifted their rotation by a very small amount They also shaft a very tiny amount in the process. This results in the next parts I place shifting over whenever I try to translate them (they shift after releasing them from the translate tool.) is there any sort of fix to this?

I do know for sure, if parts are unanchored then they might do that when stacked.

@Zeekerss - I doubt it, I do not run physics while building, and I was not testing at the time when this started occuring.
