1)this currency is for everyone and it gives a convenient , comfortable and easy way to transfer their robux/tix.(allow nbc to use this.)
2)robloxian can use this every time, even the receiver is not online.
3)it can be used for the bank, paying wages, fun, etc.

how it works

[the safe]
1.it is the core of the currency transfer.
2. the safe can be created infinitely but unable to scam or spam using this advice.
3. it gives a specific statics about his/her all the safe or one of them,includes :
3.1. the message for the receiver(only can be found in that safe.)
3.2. current balance,records of sending/receiving with that safe(might contain message).
3.3. who sent money to you or who you have sent to(history).
4. the safe can be locked to prevent thief steal those money (the data would also be locked completely unless the code was cracked)
5. if you wanted to create a safe,you will need to write the content:
5.1. the title of your safe.
5.2. the description
5.3. (optional) for fund raiser)the amount of money target.
5.4. (optional)the sub safe(i will tell this soon)
6.the safe will temporarily save your robux/tix,you can take or send them.

they don't need to have to create a safe for transferring the money.
they can make a transfer if they want.to make a transfer,they need to type the content:
1. the safe (receiver created) ID.
2. how much they wanted to transfer
3. (optional)a message to the receiver.
4. (optional)when will be transferred (periodical transfer) or transfer immediately.
=then,the transferal will be sent to the exact safe,if the ID is not correct , transferal would not start and you will be needed to retype the ID once again(another thing like message won't be deleted).
using the safe to transfer:
you will be required to deposit some money (unless that safe has money) before the transfer,you will also need to do the content before the transfer.after this, the safe history will record what you have done about that transferal.you can read it any time.
caution for the transfer:
1-before that transfer was actually sent,the prompt will be shown to give one more chance to check if there is any problem ,so if it does, you will be abed to go back and then correct the wrong content.
2-all the transfer ar the final,if you actually transferred, it would be unabled to refund.
3-the transferal can only be done once every 30 second to prevent spam.
4-you cannot transfer money to yourself.

if you wanted to receive the money,you will need to create a safe to receive the money,so your main bank won't being mess.
when you got a send,you will see a message that you got the money(you can have an option that to disable the receiving notice).
this is not really specific because receiving does not need to do a lot of thing.

[the sub safe]
how it work:
1.while you create a safe,you will have an option that to divide that safe into many sub safe.
2. before the sub safe officially created,you need to set the division for the sub safe, here is an example:
*sub-safe 1 30%
*sub-safe 2 40%
*sub-safe 3 15%
*sub-safe 4 15%
example: if 200 tix was sent to this safe and using above format to divide the safe,then, sub safe 1 has 60 tix, 2 has 80 tix, both 3 and 4 has 30 tix.
3.the total percentage must be in 100%(or you will get lost of the money.)
while you receive the money,the money will be divided into the sub safe (can be not in whole number,but if i is not in whole number,you cannot transfer the money or take them.)

Easier way to say :
Give robux and tix to anyone including NBC's.
Like you put in an amount of tix and robux and transfer it to them and then they'll the money.

ROBLOX will butcher this feature so NBCs wont get it. If they did, there would be like 1337% tax.
