[PALERMONIAN EMPIRE]: Another Revolt.

This new Revolt that was without raids caused us to loose control over most of our army force and HRs. We have only that of a Council and a few Citizens still on our side. I have no idea what to do now, what should I do?

Spacegang left out of rage and made a new City, and now he's using charisma to get people to leave and join him. I went to Space to ask why he is doing this, and after some talking it seems he does not care about his people rather how good his new City is. It will die down soon, the group Space wants to make will die, but with that will go most of Palermo's Army Force/TPA.
