Alright, I am the Chief of Staff in the United States Marshal Services, and we are is need of rank fixes along with powers.
First off, we need a suspended rank. We have to fire so much people because there is no suspended rank. The rank suspended will be the first rank in USMS. The next thing is that CoS needs the power to promote and demote. I host a lot of tryouts, and once they pass tryouts, I will accept them in but they will be the rank suspended. Right now I have the power to accept people in, but I can't promote.
The last thing I need is the power to exile. There are re-forums going on and the DD does not have the time to exile people. So Chief of Staff needs that power.
