Basically, I'd like to see an expanded color palette in the future, or a custom color creator for bricks and parts, and I'm sure everyone else would as well. I don't see any reason to not have more colors. Please enlighten me if there are implications to adding more colors. Sometimes, you can't find the perfect color for a model or environment. We can control the colors of lights and fog, so why not bricks? The current color palette is extremely limited! There is not really any logical color gradient in the paint menu. There are neons mixed with pastels, and nothing in between (ex. Teal > Pastel Blue-Green > Toothpaste). I implore you, mods and devs, give us the freedom to choose our own colors!

Agree but make it custom colours and that weirdly choking circular one on like pain I do not know name

Keep the defaults as a guide, but also use the method talked about in OP. Support.

I like it, but for now you can clone your part with a base color, then resize it by a small increment on all sides, change the color, then mess with the transparency. I did it in 'All Gone' to add 2 textures to 1 block.

@Spicy That is an extremely inefficient and impractical means of getting different colors, and that is the only way I have heard yet.

There's actually 144 colors out there in roblox, but yet we're limited to the 64 that were introduced in 2008. Why have us stuck to colors that were released in 2008?

Why don't these threads asking for more colors get dozens of replies, while a troll can get constant attention for posting 'remove toilets'. You people aren't helping improve Roblox.
