My neighborhood's sidewalks are concrete. The worst surface to run on....

I'm assuming you're running for endurance and you don't really care about speed. If you DO care about speed, I have a secret that will get you BLAZING fast in just a few weeks. Patriots Red Sox Bruins Celtics Golden Eagles Crusaders Cannons Whitecaps Soul Bandits BRING IT

Buy a 20 lb weight vest and find a hill. Do 4 sprints up this hill each night with it on(Should be fairly steep and fairly long). Also buy an agility latter and do 6 patterns per day, for a total of 18 patterns. (You should doe these a few hours before your sprints. Message me for detailed latter patterns). Once you've got really good at that, buy ANOTHER 20 lb. vest and do the sprints with each vest on. You mus do this EVERY NIGHT. This process shaved off about .30 seconds on my .40 time in just a couple of months. Patriots Red Sox Bruins Celtics Golden Eagles Crusaders Cannons Whitecaps Soul Bandits BRING IT

I pulled a truck frame with just frame, wheels and the pickup bed and I tried to do that and I ran hard as I could it cut all the fat off of me just about and I went to 4.88 40 as a freshman in the fall compared to 5.39 in the spring. I doubt anyone has half a truck lying around so just tie a rope around a tree and around your waist. The key is to run in place while trying as hard as you can to go forward. Its better than pulling a tire because you don't get tired as easy and it helps you hit SEVENFOLD TIMES HARDER. Football players do this 5 times a week and you can lay the wood to anyone on the field no matter your size. I leveled a 6'2 230 lb defensive lineman that is almost 2x my size (even though I weigh almost 200) as a freshman

And do this with actual football cleats on. This is VERY important as doing this with shoes decreased traction and takes away from your focus on speed. Patriots Red Sox Bruins Celtics Golden Eagles Crusaders Cannons Whitecaps Soul Bandits BRING IT

What you just said, wouldn't that be bad for your back? Plus, I quit sports so I'm done with speed crap myself, I just like helping out others. Patriots Red Sox Bruins Celtics Golden Eagles Crusaders Cannons Whitecaps Soul Bandits BRING IT

tie 2 shorter ropes on the end of the one on the tree, and make the shorter ones like lassos and put one on left and the other on your right. it actually helped my back pain a little
