Nope, just M which is 17+. Unless you're not from the states and your equivalent of the M rating is 18+.

The only reason it's not 18+ is prolly because there's not really any hardcore explicit adult content scenes. There's only one scene of that guy humping a corpse, but it's not like his member was shown when he pulled out, or anything like white stuff dripping.

Eh, that's only if they used nudity for arousal. Otherwise, these are poor asylum patients in which some are nude, just to be nude. But on those variant guys that want your tongue and liver, you can't see anything unless you zoom in with the camera down below.
