Ok so I bought OBC for one month, on my account Jeremymars and I don't know what happened but after it expired it renewed or soemthing. My mom called the bank and I guess she said that she didn't make that purchase, and i guess roblox figured i made a purchase without my parents consent. So they banned my account. My question is why does BC, TBC, OBC renew automaticly and how do i cancel it? I'm asking becuase i want to buy OBC again on this account but i don't want my account banned again.

I had my mother's consent to make this Membership purchase for one month. It's not my fault that they charged her debit card monthly.

You should've stopped the renewing. Contact ROBLOX about this and they could do something about the renewing. |

I diddn't know how to stop the renewing, until today. Contact them to stop the renewing on an account that is banned? It's ussless now.

That's what got my account banned. She reverted the transaction and roblox figured that I made a purchase without permision, which I didn't. I had permission to make a purchase for one month OBC. The monthly renwing is on roblox, I never chose for it to renew every month.

Actually, you wouldn't really of been banned for "using your mother's card without her consent" unless she contacted them and informed them of such, which she didn't as you had consent to do it. Usually they will permanently ban accounts which cause a chargeback, and in some instances they will unban you if you repay the amount due - but don't quote me on that.
You should perhaps contact ROBLOX, using the email provided by Undelete, and ask them about the permanently banned account and the story behind it. They may be able to help you.

Yes I have actully! The previous week I sent multiple emails. The thing is I get the exact same reply sent to me.

That is the exact message that is sent to me everytime I send them an email. Dosen't matter how I word the email, it's sent back the exact same way I kid you not. Maybe an API is awnsering my emails?

You need to get the account holder (aka mom) to contact them directly.
She should either email or call them, probably calling them will be quicker. |
