Group Requirements:
- Dedicated (To prove dedication, group must already have SOME necessities made [Such as uniform, weapons, etc.] or have SOME of such necessities in progress.
- Futuristic/Sci-Fi
What I Can Do:
- Build *most* Tech (Weapons, vehicles, etc.)
- Build Forts/Outposts
- Build Training Outposts (And possibly script them, but it may not be as smooth as hiring a 'professional' scripter)
- Build Rally Centers
- Create Forum Threads (Related to group, such as Rules, Promotion Guide, etc.)
What I Can NOT Do:
- Script Tech (Weapons, Vehicles, etc.)
- Script Forts (Most of it, anyways)
- Basically 90% of things scripting

FAQ
Q1) How much?
A1) It costs no Robux/Tix, because I am NBC. However, we must work out some sort of agreement. (Most common forms of payment I receive are HR positions (or some form of promotion), some group tech for my personal use, free advertising at some semi-popular place, etc.)
Q2) How long?
A2) Really depends on the project I'm given. Since it's Summer, small forts would take a few days, large forts would take 1-2 weeks, weapons would take a couple days, vehicles a few days, etc. etc.
Q3) If we pay you, are you trustworthy? (Such as paying 50% tech and then trusting you to give us the build(s)?)
A3) I'm sure a lot of you have heard of E981. Well, I'm in RAR, a building group that he was in (and still is). He trusts me since I have earned a Moderator position in such a prestigious building group. If you trust E981, then you can most likely trust me.
In the case I would receive an HR position as payment:
- I do have some HR experience. I helped bring groups from few (10-20) to quite a bit more (200-400) members within a couple weeks. I do this by creating special PMs and I have a special way of sending them out (which is my secret. I had to adjust it when Roblox closed the view of the "People" tab without searching a specific keyword.)
- I have hosted trainings, written group guides, led raids, etc.
In the case I would receive group tech as payment:
- It would have to add up to the amount of work/effort I put into whatever you made me build.
- Before I even hand over the place, I must receive at least 50% of what you were going to give me after I hand over the place. This is my safety net.
In the case I would receive BC as payment:
- I like that. c: So really no rules for that.

@Timeless; Unfortunately, Undivided is a little "too early" in development. It seems like you just made the group two days ago (not meant harshly).

@Unclear; Well, I've just gotten back into building again, thanks to summer vacation. And you know, IRL getting some social life on with some ladyfriends (singular or plural?).
