The main goal for the high command is to keep the group in order and to avoid corruption. If a high rank has posted an event, they have to host it.
*Clearing shout and being late more than 15 minutes to your own event will result in demotion.*
*Do not post-pone an event unless it is really necessary.*
For now, it is not necessary to hold any event since there are not many low ranks available. After 14th of June, there shall be a Legion formed which will bring in new active recruits. In training, discipline, grammar and moral must be kept high. We Santorians want to have a good reputation rather than have a bunch of silly kids on-duty. It is up to you about how you lead, if you fail, it is your responsibility.
The way you act reflects on your men. Do not keep empty promises, but treat your words seriously. This will ensure that the soldiers treat the Empire seriously. Moral and unity must be kept all the time. Challenge and a competitive atmosphere must be kept.
