Watching a 13 episode (not a movie) thing, where the main characters were 4 girls, a 5th one joined them later, they just did cute stuff and played music. I'd post more about it, but there is nothing to post about it. Nothing interesting happened in all the 290 minutes I watched it, so this one will be harder to guess. They also have 27 more episodes I didn't watch yet, but that's called a new season. My favorite moment was when one of them lost her voice and sounded like a man. It was funny. Guess the name of the (not a movie) thing!

No, they were humans, not ponies. And they had really big eyes. Another hint is that two of them were sick near the end of the 1st season.

Is this an Anime or Manga? I thought it was Girls Und Panzer but when you said one of the characters was sick during first season, I knew it wasn't Girls Und Panzer.
