I hope you know that Executive Orders aren't meant to be used in this way and that the Constitutional way of doing this is having the specific consent from Congress.
This is technically corrupt as Executive Orders are used in times of national crisis and are usually repealed shortly after the Executive Order is released.

Yes, national crisis.
National crisis isn't your childish image of "omg guys defcon 1 nuke strikeeeee"
It could mean economic failure (great depression)
And it could get rid of a corrupt government plan (John F. Kennedy's Executive Order 11110)
Many things could be deemed a national crisis.
