This is going to be a very long and thorough declaration, we highly recommend you read the whole thing, or in WIJ's case, we highly recommend you read the whole thing prior to attempting to form a counter-counter argument that will easily be refuted.
It's been nearly a year since the Platinum Spade PMC's (PSPMC) scrimmage against the WIJ Shock Trooper's (WIJST) had occurred. The initial agreement I (LordVydrak) had made with 2iC of WIJ Owen0202 and at-the-time Chief of Staff Lucario1611 was that this battle would consist of three rounds, the team to win two out of three first will be declared the victor. The first round would occur on WIJ's map, the WIJ Pitgrounds w/ RCL weaponry. The second round would occur on PSPMC's map, RCL Bricktops w/ RCL weaponry. If a third round was necessary, it would have occurred on Narrowgil w/ RCL weaponry.
On June 29th of 2013, round 1 of the battle was scheduled to occur, and so it did. Platinum Spade PMC was able to neutralize and suppress WIJST for the majority of the battle, until one of PSPMC's members had disconnected, Wasneverthere. We had a substitute ready and prepared to join the match (frodo1839), however, the match commentator, Dmoney433, who was WIJ at the time, would not allow him to join because Lucario1611 was strongly against it. Wasneverthere had disconnected with 8 wipeouts, however Lucario1611 would only allow Frodo1839 to join the match as a substitute if he was let in with 10 wipeouts, leaving him with only one life left prior to elimination.
It took Dmoney433 an estimated five minutes to place Frodo1839 into the match as a substitute, simply because he was awaiting further instruction from Lucario1611 instead of listening to me and allowing me to substitute one of my own members in. Five minutes is a huge amount of time you could take advantage of, and use it to outnumber your opponent and change the flow of the battle. The battle had concluded with a victory for WIJST in round 1, and disappointment for PSPMC.
When I had confronted Owen0202 the same day regarding round 2 and whether or not we are still having it the following day (Sunday) at the same time, he refused and said it was "a day of rest" as his excuse to show up. The following week, I brought up round 2 with Owen0202 once again, he stated that they will not be fighting without Bobosaid who was going on vacation for two weeks. Two weeks later, Bobosaid had returned and days after his return, quit WIJ.
Over the course of the next 3 to 4 months, I continued to bring up round 2 with Owen0202 who immediately directed me to Lucario1611. My discussions with Lucario1611 got absolutely nowhere, he would continue to bring up an RCL Galleons match for his pure enjoyment, and I would end up telling him that until we get our round 2 which both teams had agreed upon, I am not agreeing to anything else. We were very disappointed with Lucario1611 denying both teams a very fun an enjoyable match that we had agreed upon, and something the community pays much attention to and calls "exciting".
I've tried dozens of times to get in contact with Owen0202 regarding round 2, however each time he would redirect me to Lucario1611 who would constantly treat the situation as if it were some sort of joke and do anything he could to avoid scheduling round 2. At one point, both Owen0202 and Lucario1611 had removed me off of xFire in order to avoid discussing round 2 with me. Just recently, I spoke to two other WIJST regarding the situation who both admitted they are acting as if they "don't care" (about round 2) only to avoid it from occurring and to avoid loss.

Perhaps if they were to get the 2nd round over with 11 months ago like it was initially proposed, WIJST would not have to worry about a major decrease in their skill level. To conclude this, I would like to say that both BenBonez and I have been waiting nearly a whole year in hopes that they would finally man up and fight us instead of violating the agreement and avoiding the battle. We had also anticipated that since WIJST was placed under new ownership, it's new owner would take some responsibility and come through with the initial agreement, clearly that hasn't been the case thus far considering he as well has avoided any talk regarding round 2 and consistently redirects me to Lucario1611 (even though he has resigned) every time I bring the match up.
This declaration can be made invalid if a representative from the WIJ HICOM/WIJST decides to approach me prior to the 14th of June, 2014 in order to arrange round 2 and fulfill our initial agreement.

I'd have to agree with everything on this thread, WIJST shouldn't drop down from round 2 when it was agreed on.

That's right Crymson, it is sad that for nearly a whole year, WIJ has been avoiding a single match rather than taking responsibility and fulfilling it's agreement. |

I was a part of WIJ for many years, yet still agree with Vydrak here. Declining round 2 makes it look worse than actually losing. |
