So, I was able to buy some robux, about 4500 robux to be exact, I used my dads prepaid mastercard thing. I checked BEFORE the purchase. It had 114 dollars left on it. And I know the card works as my dad bought something online with it just 2 days ago. It said Transaction Declined By Bank, so I waited 10 mins and tried again, waited 10 more and tried again, this time is locked me out and told me I had too many failed credit card attempts, and to email [email protected]. Not only this but I checked the balance after all this just to be sure, and it said 14 DOLLARS, but it was under Total Holds/Preauths (-) which roblox did to me before, usually giving my money back in 10 minutes. So roblox took my dads money, which was 100 dang dollars and didn't even give me what I wanted. This is ridiculous. So could anyone help me, as I'd like to get the money back and to have the robux I should have had. tl;dr Roblox stole 100 dollars, never gave me my 50 dollar purchase. Locked me out of making anymore credit card attempts.

@Exil, Don't quote me on this, but I believe that some banks, when payment is declined, retain the money for a short period before crediting it back on the card. If this doesn't happen, your father should contact the bank to see what's happening.

@Hmh, Your account is only deleted if you buy something, from ROBLOX, you receive the good then demand your bank gives you a refund. The original poster hasn't been given anything, and at some point the funds should come back to his father's card automatically. Even if his account was deleted, he'd be able to contest the deletion since it'd be unfair.

We have to wait till tomorrow to call them since it's sunday. Also this happened 12 hours ago, and it still hasn't funded it back. This happened before with a different visa card but the visa card got it's money back automatically in 10 minutes.

Same to me I tried buying 2000 robux with a perfectly new gift card and the bank declined it :l. I sent an email to Roblox. Im still waiting for an answer. "They Don't Call Me A Beast For No Reason"

I emailed them days ago and they replied finally. They said call my bank or the credit card company. So I have about a week left to wait as he said it can take up to 10 buisness days.
