My suggestion is: Why not have more than one picture for the ad? Like, It shows the ad in the Box: [ :P ] and then switches to [ :D ] Or something. Like, pay a little more for extra frames.
That way, we could show more, and probably intrest people more. Flashing colors do that :T
Maybe, a 100 Ticket Charge Fee per frame? With a 5 frame max? :T Just a thought. I'd say only 100 tickets, due to that Big Noobs can't afford that much, and some noobs might actually have a good place, so 100 tickets would keep it fair for anyone :D I said anyone, not anything like noobs. :T
This way, people could either make:
-Flipbook styled ads, where it's almost like a cartoon playing and looping
-Basic Generalization ads, where it shows different pictures from the place
-Fast Moving Colors and Images to attract your attention
Becuase seeing just "Come to my place: Click here" ads are boring. Seeing ads that moved and flashed would get anyones attention. :D |

Well, they already have to approve each and every ad that comes through. You would probably just make 2 or more ads, then a "Combine" button. You put them in order, and there you go. :T |

You can't blame everything on seizures. Epileptic seizures are very rare, and if someone is prone to them, they probably aren't playing Roblox or even using a computer for that matter.
I support accept for the fact that it would take longer to moderate and could have loopholes, possibly. |

It's not like the ads would be Really Fast. It would probably be a 3 second difference. :T That is slow enough for almost anyone's eyes to adapt to the colors quick enough to prevent seizures. Doi'. There is always that one, but who cares about him. The general population can adapt to colors in under a few seconds, so that is what it would be :T
And since you guys seem so hooked on this, there would also be a feature to "Turn Off Moving Ads" in case the parents are worried sort of thing :T |

This is why I'm always prepared.
Let's say someone mature made a non-flashing ad, and made an ad that goes from "Go", "To", "My", "Place. :P", and someone's parents turn off seeing moving ads.
The child would then only see the word Go.

Super, just because only 1 agreed, doesn't mean others didn't give comments. I never said if they were supporting or not.
But, @Killzem: I wasn't serious about the 3 second thing. I figured that if anyone did have seizures, they woudl turn the Moving Ads off. |
