RIFA's first tournament will be, as expected, the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. The tournament will be 16 teams, but can be expanded to 24 or 32 if necessary. Teams will be drawn into groups of four after every slot is filled. Each team will play the other in their group once, which will determine who will advance to the knockout rounds.
