Before I begin this idea of a project I would like you to know a few basic floors you will need to understand. First off, FEAR has been shaking very wildly lately, and I would like to make it stable again and keep it strong. In addition, I would like to make FEAR a stronger, more organized, formal group. -----------------------------DEFINITION OF SYNERGY------------------------------- synergy- syn·er·gy [sin-er-jee] noun, plural syn·er·gies. 1. the interaction of elements that when combined produce a total effect that is greater than the sum of the individual elements, contributions, etc.; synergism. How will Project Synergy start? how will it work? well lets begin; --MAIN OBJECTIVES OF PROJECT SYNERGY-- The old, organized promotion system has been discarded, and we are back to the old-fashioned way. Instead of using RC and LC which was a brilliant idea, we could use the following system, which is very similar. EC Excellence Certification This will basically be like an RC except a littlie different. REC-LET will receive one(1) of these automatically for attending a training or a raid. all above ranks will not receive this. Instead of having this be a large amount of which to rank up through the low and medium ranks, and especially to high ranks, this will be much simpler. An excellence Certification will only show recognition, however the soldier may be promoted regardless of the amount of these, however this will show more recognition. If a rank MAJ+ believes a soldier should be promoted, they may send a brief letter to a general explaining why they feel such a way, not just a simple recommendation saying "you should promote them." but two or three short paragraphs. An exception to this is that if a member exceeds thirty(30) EC at the same rank, they are to be promoted as soon as they reach thirty-one (31). This may ONLY be overruled by the Commander of FEAR, SONICTHEHEDGEHOGXX, this can be overruled by a majority vote of HCOM. These are not to be given freely, only strictly for showing outstanding excellence in any event. (PROMOTION ONLY COUNTS FOR REC-LET) EXLA Exceptional Leadership Award. These are to be given to CPT+, for showing exceptional leadership, not just simply by hosting a training. This is for making game-changer decisions in raids, making a lower rank breakthrough a weakness or difficulty, etc. These are not to be given freely, either, only for showing outstanding, exceptional leadership. As before, these are not used for promotion, only recognition. An exception for this is if a CPT+ exceeds fifty-five (55) EXLA. Not only is there I be a new system of promotion, but project Synergy also has the goal of improving training. While I am not the director of the training department and have no authority to do this, this should be considered by HCOM above all else. Currently training does not affect soldiers much, while it does to some degree, it is far too small. As of now, training is truly a bunch of mini games and SF duels. If it were more so actually training:such as a LRC (Leadership Reaction Course) or teaching tactics and having trainees demonstrate, whether it be in SF or anything else. Currently I know of one LRC that exists but it very rarely occurs. This will take things to a whole new level and will be very difficult for trainers and trainees alike, but greatness only comes through work and struggle . SECONDARY PROJECT SYNERGY OBJECTIVES --RAID STRATEGY PLANNING SESSION-- Upon raiding another clan, the host of the raid is to have scouted the fort first. There is then to be a brief planning session at a training facility or office. After which the plan will be executed at the enemy base. The reason for this is because lately FEAR has been getting a littlie rusty with their skills because they rely merely on skill and brawn over brain and clarity, but with BOTH this clan will excel. as for DEFENDING our fort, there are to be a handful of strategic procedures, or tactics, if you will, PREVIOUSLY LEARNED in order for this problem to be solved in the same way. --LOWRANKS HAVE MORE SAY IN RECENT PROJECTS-- In projects such as A3, Low ranks should have some type of say in it. If there is something hard to decide, have the group vote on it, If there are any strategic suggestions, be open to them. Truthfully there is nothing new, or unique from my ideas that this presents. I have had this planned already for a long time. In regards to your statement said here: --MAIN OBJECTIVES OF PROJECT SYNERGY-- The old, organized promotion system has been discarded, and we are back to the old-fashioned way. Instead of using RC and LC which was a brilliant idea, we could use the following system, which is very similar. The High Command had to resort back to the old system temporarily mainly because when we found out about Unclear's manipulation and evil, and decided to remove him for the safety of the clan, he refused to give the Database to us, alongside with finishing Alianor III. And with no scripter at the moment, and the current one finishing Alianor III, we have to wait. Otherwise, we would have still had our point system. I would have altered it a bit though. So in the meanwhile, while the scripter finishes Alianor III, I've been working on other projects from the department of Training and Education such as FMA, and some unique facilities that will encourage some strong necessities for teamwork, strategy, communication, and actual practice. -Current Director of Training, Disav0w.

"@echo no this would STOP that" This is why I said to leave it up to the big boys -- you obviously don't know what you're talking about. Let me spoon-feed you why your idea is a total mess: "REC-LET will receive one(1) of these automatically for attending a training or a raid." You are not excellent for simply SHOWING UP to an event. If you are active, and attend events frequently, you will be known for that -- EC are pointless the way you have the functioning. If EC WERE to be used, they would be awarded for being EXCELLENT (i.e. leading the team in a successful raid/defense, getting an outstanding KDR, etc). By telling people that they are "excellent" just because they attend something, even if they don't even do well there, is saying "Hey, activity is all that matters here!", even if they are only for show. When a person does exceed 30, they automatically get a promotion -- that's ridiculous. "Hey, just show up and you get promoted ;)" Also, I don't see any efficient way of keeping track of these points. You could have a scripter, like myself, make a points type system for you, but I won't, because your idea is crap. This goes for the rest of the "certificates" in your post too. You have no way to keep track of them. Your project name is contradictory. You will have no part in deciding the outcome of A3 because if it were up to LRs, A3 would have FEAR guns that were 1-hit-kills and raider guns that did 0 damage. Additionally, if we had to involve yet ANOTHER party in making decisions, A3 would NEVER get done because every decision would get stuck in voting. You know nothing about development -- don't involve yourself in things that are too advanced for your little brain.
