Make people use a valid email address at signup

I'm tired of seeing alts so people can just do things like exploit and get tons of place visits for free tix. The idea is that, on signup, you are required to enter an email address. Here's the catch: you must click a validation link, and you can only use the same email address once. Nobody else can use that email address. This will cut down on spam alts and exploiting alts. Anybody support?

I was thinking about allowing the same email address to be allowed twice on the same IP. I guess if you have a sibling, and you both use your parent's email, that could create problems.

True, but some siblings have a single parent, or one won't allow them to use it. And some aren't old enough to have one.
