Ultra TL: DR Version: This > Price Floor.
Super TL: DR Version: A greed update to replace Price Floor involving the BC types playing a daily lottery.
Mega (Original TL: DR Version may be too long) TL: DR Version: An update that is tons better than Price Floor that will let you earn obtainable hats/gear per day, if you don't own them and they meet the qualifications. I need feedback on Limited/off-sale items.
TL: DR Version: Simply put, BC/TBC/OBC can login and have a random hat/gear given to them. It will only give them hats/gear they don't own, and it won't give them Limited(s) (unless ROBLOX can make it so that if the system gives you a Limited, a random person will have the deal sold, up to a certain limit (100k R$) and with heavy taxes, so trillions/quadrillions/quintillions of ROBUX won't enter the economy all of a sudden.) There is also a chance you won't get a hat/gear at all that day. As stated in the earlier two TL:DR Versions, my vision for this idea is that it will replace Price Floor. Maybe I'm shooting a bit lofty, but oh well. I need feedback on if making the system give off-sale hats/gear will work or not.

Chapter 1: The Introduction.
I'm a man who likes taking risks here and there, so I want to put out this idea for the general public to see. Yes, this is a greed update, so it doesn't break the WNTS. I like this style of writing ideas, I sure hope people can stop that horrible "TL: DR" trend.
Anyway, let's get straight to it. After Price Floor, BC is heavily wounded. Why would people want to buy a premium membership that took a hit, exactly? So, I want to propose an update so good, they'd have to patch up the wound in favor of this idea. Yes, I am proposing to replace Price Floor with this idea, that way both we and ROBLOX can have their cake and eat it too. It takes the form of a daily lottery the BC types can participate in for cool, obtainable (need feedback on Limited/unobtainable) rewards in the form of hats and gear.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chapter 2: BC really needs a buff.
ROBLOX wants an ebb and flow of money, right? Of course, we all do. But, they had to introduce Price Floor. And that isn’t the best way to go about asking for donations. I got a better idea, an idea that will hopefully replace Price Floor and make everybody happy. It is formally called "Item Lottery", but let's just call it what the title calls it.
Why do I say it's a buff? Well, you earn stuff at no hindrance to anybody. It's optional and profitable if you can use the hats/gear to turn a profit via advertising yourself, like the good greed updates that came before. Of course, we need to get to the bit where I talk about how it works to gather an understanding. Shall we describe how the idea would work?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chapter 3: How this would properly give incentive toward BC purchases.
As I promised during the conclusion to Chapter 2, now I get to the bit where I discuss about how this would work. When you have BC/TBC/OBC, there should be an option called "Lottery" under "More". It will be invisible to free users. When you go there, Builderman will greet you. He will hand you a card. I know what you are thinking, Mario Party 4. Nope, higher chance of winning.
Anyway, you will then visit a machine. You insert the card into the machine and it will flash a bunch of random hats/gear in-front of you. It will then slow down and show you what you have won. If you won a hat/gear you don't own, it will give you two links. One of them leading to the item, the other will go to your inventory. If you didn't win an item, it will say "TRY AGAIN TOMORROW!” You know you are at the endgame if it says "TRY AGAIN TOMORROW!" more often than you've won an actual hat/gear. TBC has a slightly better chance than BC, and OBC has a slightly better chance than BC.
Why is this actual incentive to buy BC? I just told you. You have a chance to receive free cool stuff every day when you are BC/TBC/OBC. You can keep it when you become NBC, too! But if you want more free cool stuff, you got to buy BC/TBC/OBC again. Sorry if I have stated this multiple times prior-hand, but I really need feedback as to if Limited(s)/off-sale items will become available with this feature or not. I’ve made this chapter a big longer than usual. Let's get straight to the aftermath.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chapter 4: When it is applied, this will happen.
Remember in Chapters 1 and 2 that I said this would replace Price Floor? Seriously, a money planet is right in front of ROBLOX with this idea. You know how many people would buy a premium membership for free cool stuff? Let me tell you this, tons. It would eclipse Price Floor and that would make ROBLOX want to get rid of it, because it is the black sheep of the greed updates and earns the least amount of money out of all of them.
The BC can relax knowing that ROBLOX cares about them now instead of clearly and blatantly hurting them, and would want to recommend BC to the nearest friends they have when a cool hat or a sweet gear is around the corner. It’s a win-win for everybody, right? NBC that are ex-BC can benefit from previously-earned items. As for NBC that have yet to buy anything...that's a problem for another day. I can't think of anything right now. The solution for those people would be for (ex-) BC/TBC/OBC to give them the hats/gear to wear. It saddens me that we have reached the conclusion, but all things must come to an end at some point in our lives.

Chapter 5: The Conclusion.
So, I went ahead and introduced myself and the idea, stated how it would work, and the aftermath should it be applied. It should be simple enough, right? Anyway, this is the end of the idea. You are almost done reading, and I congratulate you for reading this far. Now I will depart my final thoughts.
Yes, I said it straight, it really is the end of the idea. So let me state the rules of my S&I threads in general. If you like the idea, leave a "Support!" down below. If you don't like the idea, then please leave constructive feedback, as nobody likes a destructive critic. Thanks for reading!
