Alright. I'll clear up some things in this post.
First there is the Difference beteween Roleplay and OOC.
Roleplay:
1. Your Ranks are like in the Military.
2. LR's Can't Command Higher Ranks then they are.
3. Do not show Disrespect to HR's since there will be consequences.
4. In RP, the USCPF is a democratic Military Organization.
5. Never hurt Innocents on purpose.
6. Orders have to be fullfilled, no matter what.
OOC:
1. Your Rank doesn't mean anything.
2. No one can Command anyone.
3. If you show Disrespect to someone it's your personal attitude and has to be kept out of the Group.
4. OOC, the USCPF Group is a Community organized by an LPM. Not a Democracy.
Rules for HR's:
1. Demoting or Promoting for personal reasons without talking to me first will result in exile.
2. If a HR makes himself look better infront of ANYONE because he is a HR, he will be exiled.
3. If HR's exile people because they broke a rule without any GOOD evidence, they will be exiled.
4. If a HR has a problem with Leadership of the Group, come to me with your complaint and I'll do my best to find a solution for it.(Except when it is: UMG UR SO A BAD LEADR UMG GIV LEAD TO [insert Player name].) What I mean, a GOOD reason for your complaint is necessary.
5. You Rank doesn't mean anything OOC.
Rules for LR's/MR's:
1. Be as active as possible.
2. Report abusing/Rulebreaking to me, zerik or the Councellors.
3. If for some reason people should start a "revolution" and I get to know of it, all participating persons will be exiled, since we're a Community, not a Democracy.
4. If you have complaints, you should have valid arguments, if you don't, your posts will be Deleted.
5. If you constantly fill the Wall with unnecessary Stuff, you will be exiled.
I hope this helps you to know how to act in the Group, if this simple guide doesn't help you, nothing can help you.

Half the time I go to Fort Outlook's entrance, the USCPF there are completely blowing half these rules down the drain. And then when their high ranks show up, they join in ignoring all the rules, order everyone 99% of the time OOC, and just talk about how great the USCPF is and how terrible CDF and all the other groups are. *Facepalm* Please enforce your rules better. Also, I see no resemblance of any democratic values anywhere in USCPF. |
