The group "Kestrel ®" is copying a real logo and real name.
They copied the name and logo off of a REAL company that is COPYRIGHTED
they even put a copyright symbol in the logo and name of group which infringement
"but fair use"
no fair use isn't using their symbol and name to profit off of it
They should get cded due to using logs and possibly even perjuring about how they got permission when they did not.
And someone already emailed the real company kestrel
and they said this

So, this needs to be brought up with the admins of roblox.

The Kestrel Logo is a TRADEMARK and a copyright. You can claim copyright on anything, I could claim a copyright on this post, and as long as I prove I made it, i'm fine. |

What I ment was, you can claim copyright on original content of yours, not others. If it already has a copyright/trademark, you can not claim yourself as inventing it. |

its not like the owner of (the irl) kestrel will care about the group.
to most companies irl, roblox is a kids game.

Everybody shut up about "copy right infringement" you do realize almost everything on ROBLOX is "copy right infringement?" BATTLEFIELD, Watch Dogs, Grand Theft Auto, Minecraft, Murder Mystery, Reason 2 Die, Spongebob and Minion stuff. All that stuff! Why not complain about them? Heck, why not shut down ROBLOX? |

This isn't copyright infringement.
Are they using it for commercial use to earn real money? No. It's a virtual currency with no real value in USD, pounds, etc.
So they have rights to use it as long as it isn't commercial use.
