Team: The team color that is allowed to use the following tools in the starter pack, you can choose none, which means you have to fill out the person and/or notallow to choose its rules.
Person: People who can get these tools even though they are not part of the team.
NotAllow: People who you are against or nooby who can not get these tools, you can choose everyone and put your name in the Person: section so you can only get the tools.
FAQ about this idea:
Q: Why not choose everyone option for Person?
A: If you choose everyone, why not just use a normal Startpack?
Q: What if a nooby gives theirself weapons but you get none and they pwn you?
A:Exit their place duh...
Q: Can I ban Telamon and the other admins from my tools?
A: Yes, but I suggest not getting a admin mad, he/she may not favor you for becoming a mod, lol.
Q: What if I make it for VIP but I just went in the VIP and became VIP but didn't get the starterpack?
A: Reset yourself, or if you can't kill yourself then I suggest Builderman make a instant option so that as you touch it, you get the tools.
Q: I got all these noobs that I want to not get the starterpack, what do I do?
A: Only put the ones that get on often and are really nooby on your list.

How about having options called TeamPerson and TeamNotAllow that lets you sort out people within the team? |

I like the TeamNotAllow but the TeamPerson can still be put in the person and it can still read the person on the team.

I know it can be script but not all of us is like you or telamon ect. some people would rather just build not text a script, scripting isn't easy either, and besides this wouldn't cause much lag depending on how many weapons are in it |

Well, maybe we could make a compromise by making the TeamStarterPack editable so that scripters could add effects like god health. |

This would HELP some people and make them happy, just because you can script it doesn't mean others can, don't you ever think about the other thousand players that can't script? Heartless scripters... |

free models is used if you can't script or make something. if you use free models you are expected to give credits. Credits make you look like a fake. No one makes TeamStarterPacks anyways. |
