More and more models are being "infected" with scripts created by trolls to mess up gameplay. It all started before I even joined ROBLOX (I think 2007, 2008, or 2009) and today, almost every model is loaded with the infection.
The original creators of the scripts are probably already gone but users who continue to distribute them for their own entertainment should be punished.
To do this, all you gotta do is find the model with the infected scripts in it and report it. There, the admins can see what is wrong with the model.
I suggest putting down 3, 7, and/or 14 day ban on users who continue to purposely distribute the infected scripts. This has to end for good. None of us can't enjoy ROBLOX without some infection script created by an idiot duplicating itself. |

I do agree that something must be done about the infected models since some people want to use one or two for their game.

People sometimes need free models for their game when they dont exacly know how to build that or how to script that. Some people learn from free model by checking the parts and learning how to do the same. Some people use free models for entertainment such as adding some zombies and a sniper and begin killing them.
Free models are more useful than you think. |

ROBLOW 3D gave you very legitimate solution to the virus problem but you're too busy being lazy to delete a few virus by pressing a simple button.

Guys this is very dangerous, this could get so far out of hand roblox could get sued, what if an adult, make a real viruses, put's it on a model, and people start using it? Like a real viruses that make you pay a certain amount of money before shutting down you computer completly. |

Roblox doesn't have that amount of access to your hardrive in order for a model to break through both their security THEN your computers security. Lua is a very simplistic language, it can barely do much to any up to date computer.
also, no support. A lot of users don't realize they have infections in their models when they publish, therefore worsening the moderation system more than it is. More people getting banned is not good for profit. |

Also, how do you know that someone is intentionally spreading a virus script without checking millions of models? |

I know there are anti virus scripts as well which can remove and delete most of the well known viruses in ROBLOX and deletes them, such as the spreading fire lag script. |
