I also have a good computer. I added extra ram to it through a thumbdrive so It's faster lel. My internet is the killer though. It depends if It's a good day for it. Some days It's at 64mps, some at 32mps lol.

Like if you have a good computer of corse the people who have slower computers with think your throttling because they are lagging abit making them seem like there slower but sometimes it's clear that people throttle. |

The speed you walk in ROBLOX has nothing to do with performance, unless your computer lags so much that your character can barely move, which is not the case in most cases.

Ani yes it does...
A perfect computer that is running a perfect game should have a max of 60 frames per second. Some computers, such as Gaming computers with high amounts of RAM are easily able to run your game at the max performance. Now, some people with low amounts of RAM on there conputers, typically the cheap ones, aren't sometimes able to deliver your game with max performance. In other words, you will lag a little bit reducing your FPS to somewhere under 60, which is not good. To the people running below 60 Frames a second, it may look like someone with a better computer is faster than them since the better computer is at a higher frame rate. I've inspected my computer and it runs an average of about 59.1 FPS, which can probably explain why someone like Gh0st, who's computer can probably deliver a good solid 60 or even higher like a 60.3, is faster.
Though using CE to throttle has its side effects and there is a clear differnce when someone is using it compared to someone with a good computer.
