Player points are not a currency. They are meant to show off.
Think of them as "Achievement points" or "Gamerscore" on Xbox 360.
The word "Achievement" tells you that it is NOT a currency.
So does "Ganerscore". |

PP's are basically like points you get from achievements on x-box or play station, their to show your accomplishments, not buy a hat, making PP's a currency would likely make the Roblox economy worst then it already is |

They removed player points shops for a reason.
People were just earning player points because they were buying them out of shops.
Also, they were not meant to be a currency at all.
