Basically... I want the leaves of the tree to fade away and the wood to split up. I have made the bottom of the tree into 3 bits and used glue to tie them together, I just don't know how to make the leaves fade and the glue split... I would be grateful if someone could explain how to me

Use Transparency for the leaves and break the welds of the wood.

use welds instead of glue.. and then just do as below function() yourpartnamehere:BreakJoints() end whensomethinghappens:connect(function())
