[OFFICIAL] Greetings everyone. Today, the RN HCOM and I met with the HCOM of Ice Legion. We have agreed to a war, which should be great for both groups! There have been a few new terms that were requested by IL, and agreed on by RN. Final War Terms: .First to 25 raid wins is the victor of the war .Defense wins do not count to the score for either side .No auto-wins unless there is proof of admin abuse .All raid wins must be posted as a screenshot to an image site .Allies may only make up 1/3 of your attack/defence force .You must follow all fort rules .No final battle is needed, unless there is a stalemate for over a week, each group having 24 wins .No gamepassess are allowed at the fort. If one side adds a gamepass, the other side is allowed to add one that has equal purpose as the other .No updates are to be made to the forts of the groups after the war starts, unless something breaks, or it is requested and agreed on by both sides .No mercs are allowed to be hired, or used .Exploiting causes the raid or defense to end in a draw .There must be a one hour break between raids, unless each side agrees on a different amount of time . Each group is allowed 10-20 minutes to rally .There may be no raids after 10 pm eastern time .There is absolutely no pre-flooding allowed .No raids are valid on the 4th of July The war begins tomorrow, July 3rd.
