No, they need a phone starting at age 12 or when they start middle school because that's the start of clubs/athletics/activities after school and kids need to communicate with their parents about it... |

I'm 13 and have a phone.
My friends and I normally longboard around the city, and we get lost more than I'd like to admit. You'd think we'd know our city by now, guess not. |
