(@Mods) Remove access to exploit programs

Remove access to exploit programs (Cheat Engine,Fiddler, etc.) They enable mods like Speed hack,NoClip without admin,Innapropriate animations etc. It's also annoying cause people use it to cheat in games and if theres player points Drain all of them out of the game. (

how would you enforce this you would have to go into a user's processes or something to discover this

I mean like for example say if the walkspeed of the game was 16 and a potion was 19 And the player sets it to 19 but without the potion/gear in his/her inventory the server could detect the walkspeed and instantly kick the player from the game.
