BillboardGUIs not getting smaller with distance?

I'm not sure whether to post this here or in Help, but I can't seem to get BillboardGUIs to appear smaller with distance like they're supposed to. Is the a property I'm missing, or is there a bug? I am an eggspert in the eggcelent art of egg puns

Only set the Scale of UDim2. Someone said that they put TextScaled to false and it stopped.
