Hi, I'm Wonderfrou. I would like to thank all of you for the good suggestions, but they are never accepted! Mods should probably test the idea and choose if it is accepted or declined. ROBLOX could be a better place! -Signed, Noob

"Mods should probably test the idea and choose if it is accepted or declined. " 1. Mods don't make the game. Mods moderate content on the website. 2. There are 15k PAGES of suggestions. Do you think that they would go and spend their time and test EVERY single one? 3. Lots of updates require user input. I hate the LGBT. Those laser guided battle tanks are just too damn powerful.

Test every single... That's impossible! The one's with the most support are considered, and that isn't the job for a moderator.

I've gotten an idea that I've suggest to be implemented. It took a year or so, but it happened. lol

They are. You are just to blind to realise. -- This might sound rude, but I feel like they can be doing a better job. There is a big disconnection from the mods and users here it's crazy. Sure, they might read suggestions/ideas, however they don't give input which could be really valuable, and probably help many ideas. Many forums have mods that post just as much as the users do. In fact, they feel just like normal users, except they are there to moderate as well. There have also been many ideas that will allow for more moderation on the forums at no expense, so not having enough mods shouldn't be an issue.

They don't test everyone because the admins have failed to keep up with the amount of users on the website. Thus making them be FAR behind.

Some people post suggestions on ATR just so they get looked at by moderators. I made a new word! It's called plagiarism!

most suggestions here violate one of these rules: 1. they can't make it effectively 2. it doesn't fit the vision of roblox 3. would involve creating new assets/events 4. is too mass-scale

Eh... this depends. Some ideas get repetitive with each other that it becomes fairly boring to remind others about what you think about it. Trust me. Would you want to sit and watch how much your players hate your updates 24/7? I feel bad if they gave that position to their interns rather than the actual moderators. .-.

95% of all ideas on S&I are geninuely bad. Of the 5% that are good, 95% aren't worth the production costs. This is a bit hyped up, but the point still stands- There just aren't enough truly good ideas, and those ideas are clogged down in ancient stew.

I pretty much agree with everyone else who says there's too many suggestions that they'd never be able to keep up. The developers are already busy creating or testing the features that users want, and the forum moderators can't validate every suggestion, and sometimes not even the developers can tell until they spend 3 days to a week testing one idea alone by scripting a prototype. They all need professional thought before proceeding, and they may not have time for that. It can take weeks to test a method that may or may not work. It also doesn't help that too many suggestions are often vague and not very well thought out to begin with. Too many questions to ask to make sure the idea is doable and that enough people would actually use them. All that together can take up to a month to test a single feature. 2-3 weeks of detailed feedback, 3 days to a week to script a prototype. (Going by what I program in Lua.) Still... I'm sure there's a way they can connect to the community more on the forums. They need a "We're thinking about it" Subforum or something where we reply to their questions they ask about a suggestion.

Like what everyone else said above me, there are too many suggestions for the MOD's to take up with.

I also suggested that the S&I get upgraded like the roblox.uservoice.com but I get your point, admins are unpredictable on what they choose. There should be something we should know about like what's on their whiteboard full of planned updates. They all need professional thought before proceeding, and they may not have time for that. It can take weeks to test a method that may or may not work. -- I do not think it is this difficult. I mean yeah, ideas can be very difficult to implement, however, for a mod to submit a good idea that will improve ROBLOX to the devs is not hard. What I'd imagine they would be is find an idea that would work well with ROBLOX, and then submit the post/idea to the devs. From there, they'll consider the idea.
