[SBL League Rules]
-Equal Respect to all no disrespect.
-Flaming is not tolerated.

-Rookies can only be traded in their first season.
-Alternate accounts are not allowed to play on other teams.
-Team owners can change franchise at end of seasons, but only to previous names (example: Pelicans to Hornets)
-Team Owners/ Coaches are aloud to play in games.

- 4 Periods, each 10 minutes
- 6 Fouls before bonuses.
- 7 times outs for each team total.
- 24 seconds on clock
- Overtime is five minutes, and three timeouts are given to both teams, fouls to give reset.
- 3v3 4v4 and 5v5 are legal but anything more or less is not aloud.
[Violations and Fouls]
-Jumping with out passing nor shooting is a traveling violation.
-Jumping on players heads is a reach in foul.
-Jumping on a players head preventing them from jumping is a foul.
-Once on the front side of court walking back past halfcourt line is a backcourt violation.
-The team with possession not shooting within 24 seconds and not hitting rim is a 24 second shot-clock violation
-Technical Foul is 1 free throw and retain of possession.
-Half court press
-Pressing on fast break is not aloud, free throw and possession back.

-Back spacing ball is illegal.
-The in-bounder has five seconds to inbound the ball.
-Arguing with any official will result into a technical foul.
-Officials must warn a player of behavior before a technical foul is given.
-5v5 is required if both teams have 5 players.
-If ball glitches while jumping is not consider a travel.
-Required to wear jerseys during games, if they have only the top that is fine.
-Hop-steps are illegal.
-Missed dunks that hit rim are not a travel, if it didn't hit rim it is a travel.
-Players who are subbed out must sit on bench.
-When you here whistle stop and hold the ball, don't do anything. |
