Section 1 (Running for Government):
All citizens may apply for an open position in Government. All government members must have a clear history and not be in groups which threaten the Islamic Republic Of Iran. The President has the right to remove you from Government if you are seen unfit or have broken a law within the Islamic Republic Of Iran. For popular positions elections may be held, in the case of an election the following rules must be followed:
1) No use of group admin including shouts and place admin.
2) No spamming.
3) No bribery.
Section 2 (Voting):
All Citizens have the right to vote for one candidate. People with the rank of IMMIGRATION OFFICE and Court Marshal/Probation ( Awaiting Execution ) cannot vote. Early Voting (Voting Before Votes Open) and Multi-Voting (Voting for more than one person or voting more than one time on the same person) is prohibited. Accounts with less than 100 kos will be thought of as an alt and the vote will not count, it may also result in Legal action.
Section 3 (Fair Trail):
All Citizens have the right to a Fair trial, by a court session with a non bias judge. All citizens have the right to state their side and their evidence. The prosecution and the defence each have the maximum of 2 witnesses and 2 sources of evidence (Decals, Videos) Evidence which is faked will automatically be seized. If the defence are found guilty, the accused may appeal. Witnesses can only be those who saw the event or know exactly what happened. All citizens have the right to an attorney. The court may assign you one or you may choose to represent yourself.
Section 4 (Freedom of Speech):
All Citizens have the right to use freedom of speech, freedom of assembly and freedom of the press. However, this right may not be abused or used in an improper way. Violence, plotting, threatening, terrorism, insulting a fellow citizen or using it to destroy a stable system may result in legal action. Advertisements on the Group wall for other groups non-related to the Islamic Republic Of Iran may also result in legal action if this group does not represent Iran ideals or is a threat to the Islamic Republic Of Iran.
Section 5 (Search and Seizure):
No Department has the right without warrant to Search or Seize any property of any citizen. Unless a warrant is given to the Service with a justified reason to carry out a Search, it is a citizens right to privacy. Only Domestic Government services such as Special Forces have the right to do so.
Article 4: Public Disorder
Section 1 (Harassment):
Harassment or Stalking will not be tolerated; this includes harassment of Citizens, Police, Army, Special Forces and Government. Harassment or Stalking will result in a warning or an arrest. Spreading Enemy Propaganda will also result in a warning or an arrest.
Section 2 (Terrorism):
Terrorism includes Admin Attacking, Hacking/Exploiting, Spawn-killing and hostage taking. Any terrorist threats will not be taken lightly or to those who commit them and result in a Permanent Ban from Tehran and other Iranian related cities, along with a ban from any Iran Groups.
Section 3 (Murder):
No member may kill another without permission from a judicial member or a warrant. Those who commit murder will be warned or arrested. However, if a weapon is drawn first, they have the right to shoot or arrest a citizen. Law Enforcers have the right to shoot at a citizen for resisting arrest.
Section 4 (Manslaughter):
Killing a member without having the intention of killing that person will be given a warning or an arrest.
Section 5 (Trespassing):
Trespassing/Breaking and Entering into the Houses of Parliament, Police Station and all other fenced off areas will result in an arrest.
Article 5: Job Hopping
Section 1 (Jobs): Everyone has the right to have one job;Royal Family, Parliament Committee Members and Parliament Committee Lords do not count as jobs.
Section 2 (More than One Job): People who have more than one job and is not the President/Field Marshal/Vice President or not been given permission by the Court will be arrested.
Article 6: Law
The law cannot be edited without the approval of Parliament. This applies to all government members including the President and Cabinet. The new law must be edited with permission from the Supreme Court of the Islamic Republic Of Iran.
Article 7: Decree
The President can only rule by decree when the country is in a stage of emergency or when the President and the Vice President deem the situation to be very important.
The Vice President may not rule by decree without the consent of the President.
