Should new users choose their look?

I think that new users should choose their look from a small variety of items because some users want their character to have blond hair, a different face, or maybe a shirt, but in about five months if this change is not true, then the new look for noobs might be hated by a lot of people and some people might leave roblox. Do you agree?

I'm curious about how a person's looks has become so important to an individual who had just started playing ROBLOX. People who had been on ROBLOX for the past few years would not understand why such benefits would be given to first-time players as of now? Maybe it's just me. But I'm not sure if deliberately giving every new user access to free content that would normally cost you to buy, is acceptable. No support.
