How to put custom gear in starter pack?

I made a weapon myself and copied and pasted it under Tool. I put it in starter pack but when I tested it, the weapon was still on the ground where I built it instead of me holding it. How can I fix this?

Do you have a Part named Handle in it? Tools need this to be tools. Also if there is more than 1 part in it it needs a Weld Script to hold the parts together. Take a working tool in Edit mode and View > Explorer to see how it is put together.
