loadstring is not available

I get this error when playing normally in my place, but not in Studio. Is there some kind of wait time until it comes available? Target is to get a script from StringValue.

Note that this should happen right after server starts.

Did you enable it in ServerScriptService(or whatever the name of that service is)?
