Suggestion: Comments always have to be open

People always close comments on scam games or copied games, but other users want to share if the game is copied or a scam, legit games have comments open so they can take suggestions in them, shouldn't all users be able to share suggestions in the comments? If you leave them closed, people can't share comments on a game that is bad, leaving it getting even more players thinking its legit. So why not?
