Yeah. I inserted a decal link into the texture ID but it did not change anything... |
|
|
Did you use the Decal's assetid?. |
|
|
You can just search it.
And putting the link doesn't work
I think add this
"http://www.roblox.com/asset/?id=DECALIDHERE"

Where do I look at all the "texture ids" in the catalog? I went into the decal section, found one I liked, and pasted the ID where you said….nothing changed. |

Minus one from the decal id to the get asset ID. |

Yeah….it does say asset ID. Get rid of one number where though? Start or end of the id? |

Don't "get rid" of a number; take minus 1 from it at the end.
So 2937392 would become 2937391. |

It does not work. Here is the decal I want to put into the texture ID to change the picture in toolbox.

Can you just edit that link because doing the minus one thing did not work? |

Insert the "Decal" in Roblox Studio and copy the assetid link under properties. |

Insert a DECAL into the tool??? And then insert the id into the decal? RIght now I just pressed what it is called (weapon2 with a little screwdriver next to it) and inserted the id…. |
|
|
No, insert the Decal into the game and copy the assetidlink of the decal under properties, then set that link as the TextureId via the script. |

Cheeso135Join Date: 2013-04-13 Post Count: 2016 |
Thats what I did…..Before….It didn't work….The thing had no decal so I just inserted into the texture id section (under properties) of the actual tool itself... |
|
|
Are you copied the "Texture" link or the website link? pasting the website link won't work. |
